"Nice place - nothing special. Good breakfast, comfy beds, convenient location, good internet."

"Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion. Pool area was not kept clean (there was a broken glass outside our entire stay), pool towels were never stocked, bathrooms were clogged, trash cans overflowing, and patio cushions...

"Clean rooms and great Staff"

"Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross"

"Meh. Couldn’t adjust the fan on the ac unit. The exhaust fan didn’t work. The mold on the north side exterior wall driving up was “off putting.” Other than that it was ok."

"Very nice, clean & affordable. The gentleman who assisted with check in was so incredibly sweet & genuine. It was during a time frame where everyone seemed to be checking in at once. He maintained his sweet & professional attitude the entire time. He didn’t miss a single stride & everything went smoothly. "My daughter had to attend her orientation at southwest college. The hotel was really close to college and everything was perfect"

"What I liked about this hotel is the cleanliness of my room. The staff was very nice. What could be improved is higher toilets. The one in my room was way too low for this 64 year old senior citizen."

"The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...

"The room was very big which I was excited about. But it was not clean. The tub still had hairs from the previous guest in it. The floors were visibly dirty."

"The door didn’t properly seal in the top corner, the buildings exterior had random junk and trash all over. The shower was stuck on hot and you couldn’t turn it down. The bed spread had a stain on it. The woman who check us in wasn’t super friendly she almost judged us for booking a room with two twin beds. She mentioned once we were getting two twin beds we said ok, she then felt the need to mention it in a different tone we just said okay."
