"Property is in need of repairs and better cleaning for sure. Vanity light above mirror didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't close(door hits on floor). Found lots of hairs in places, especially in Bathroom area. Shower areas with sealant had mildew. Area of trim in Bathroom missing portions. Night staff wasn't friendly at all(on personal laptop in the breakfast eating area) Afternoon desk employee was super nice, helpful, and cheerful!"

"I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. "

"When I arrived into my room, I quickly called the front desk because there was a smoke smell all throughout the room and a strong mold smell in the bathroom. The guy working at the front didn’t apologize for it or the inconvenience or didn’t offer to switch me to another room. He just came up with a bottle of air freshener, sprayed and left. Also, breakfast should be replenished for the hours it is served- they ran out of a lot of basics."

"The pool listed in pictures is permanently closed, the included breakfast was unavailable, the building reeked of paint. Building supplies was stored in multiple places. The beds were okay. The bathroom needed a lot of work from faulty fixtures to noticeable patches in the wall."

"There was no comforter on the bed only a sheet, no remote for the tv, dried boogers on the side of the bed, hair dryer was also melted."

"Had a great staff! Has awesome amenities including breakfast and supper plus 3 free drinks at their bar! Will be staying again and will tell others. Also has pets that can stay with you."

"Put me in the incorrect room- part of a two room thing - I paid for more and even though they said they would move us they did not. Our room which was to be a king room only had a desk chair and a bed-nowhere to put luggage but desk. Offered to give us a free night at Marriott but we do not travel much where we need a hotel so that is useless to us. Breakfast was horrible- long waits in lines and never refilled muffins bagels bread etc "
