"Very nice, clean & affordable. The gentleman who assisted with check in was so incredibly sweet & genuine. It was during a time frame where everyone seemed to be checking in at once. He maintained his sweet & professional attitude the entire time. He didn’t miss a single stride & everything went smoothly. "What I liked about this hotel is the cleanliness of my room. The staff was very nice. What could be improved is higher toilets. The one in my room was way too low for this 64 year old senior citizen."

"Hotel had lost power the night before and the check in system was down. Therefore no reservations could be accessed, key cards had to be programmed individually at room door, staff were having to keep paper logs, doors to pools and gym were not able to be accessed by room cards and situation caused a lot of confusion.
