The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the resort were excellent, but the real standout was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more special. Would definitely recommend Low Wood Bay and would happily return."

"This is our 2 nd stay at The Belsfield.The location is fantastic! We stayed in the tower room which had fantastic views over the lake.The room was comfortable and the staff couldnโt do enough for you. Fantastic buffet breakfast. There was a charge for parking which was a little disappointing."
