"This is the second time staying at this hotel and it has been great. Staff members from restaurants are great and attentive. We have an issue with the room leaking water from ceiling fire sprinkler that was fixed the same day. Also we wanted to do a late check out to enjoy a little longer this hotel but they said they were booked and it was not possible and that was a real disappointment for my little ones. Other than that it was a really pleasant time staying here."

"This was the perfect resort. We had a group of 11 ranging in ages from 18-71. I loved the size, not too big making it easy for everyone to get around. The food was amazing at every restaurant. Beach is beautiful and you are able to swim in the ocean. The hotel is in walking or a short bus ride to malls, clubs, flea market, ferry and so much more. I’d highly recommend! "
