"We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. "It's a nice hotel. I think they're house keepers could use some training. The counters wasn't wiped off that good. The floor wasn't mopped and swept that good in the bathroom. Kind of smelt like pee around the toilet. They need to get down to the bottom of the toilet, but it was a nice large room I will stay there again like I said I think their housekeeper just need some training."

"I like this hotel and I will return for the next event. The staff was great the lobby and pool area were great, I was disappointed with the room somewhat. So the water in the sink was going down slowly, not sure why. To be fair I did not alert the staff. The room had a big empty space, I’m guessing some type of sofa chair. All we had was a desk chair. "The property was clean, and the parking area is handy and tidy and well lit. The breakfast area was clean and stacked, and the staff was helpful. I do wish there was slightly more lighting available in the room itself, or a different type of soft lighting. All out is perfect."

"This property is nice, but shows a bit of age. Great location on the waterfront, friendly staff. The room was clean except for an unfortunate stain on the couch. The public areas such as elevators and stairwells needed some cleaning. The pool is very nice. Easy walk to the restaurants in the historic downtown."
