The idea was that you order and pay for your meal at the bar and it is brought to your numbered table when ready by the same staff member. "Pros: Excellent location – Perfect if you want to avoid driving into Cambridge city centre. Helpful housekeeping staff – The cleaning staff were friendly, polite and very helpful throughout our stay. Comfortable stay – The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. "Really nice and regrettably brief stay at this wonderful bed and breakfast ran by a lovely couple. I was made to feel at home from the start and the hosts went out of their way to help make my stay as comfortable as possible (including an offer of a lift to a local pub!). "Unfortunately, the room temperature was hot beyond any reasonable level. Being British and living in an old home here in the UK I understand how hot upper level rooms can get in the extreme heat and was expecting the temperature to be excessive. The actual temperature was beyond extreme and the fan provided did not oscillate and was extremely noisy.
