We arrived late - in town for a funeral- cleaning lady was very rude the next morning. There was 4 of us to get ready. Funeral was at noon. Check out was at 11. We had arrangements for other family to meet there. We were 1/2 ready & she made us bring our stuff downstairs to the cold waiting room that was by the main door that kept opening It was 10 degrees outside that morning. Will not be back. The funeral was for my only brother and she could have shown some compassion and consideration. We had just driven from Florida.

Good deal for the price!
Good for the cost. Friendly efficient staff. Complimentary breakfast was great! Beds and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was dated but served the purpose!

Let's call it a "mixed bag."
Let's start with the good! Check in was very easy, and every staff member we interacted with was super friendly. The bed was very comfy, and the laundry machines worked well. Being right next to a Dunkin and a truck stop with a pizzeria was super convenient. Try the pizza place btw, they were great! Now for the not-so-good: when we walked into our room, it looked clean, but it smelled like a gym locker. Not overwhelming so, but enough to make a pretty bad first impression. When it came time to wash up, we found the shower/tub to be incredibly dingy. Probably "clean," but the tiles, grout, and tub were all very stained. Good water pressure, though! We also discovered one of the two sinks didn't drain. Now, for the killer: when we opened the fridge, a cockroach ran out. Friendly service is great, but there's not a person in the world who's friendly enough to make me feel good about paying $160 to sleep in a room with cockroaches. We told an employee what we saw, and they said "that's strange, I've never heard of cockroaches in that part of the hotel." I'm sorry, but "that part?" That obviously implies they know they have roaches in the hotel, right?? What, did they just expect them to stay put? Anyway, I'm leaving this review anonymously because I don't want the manager to look up my name and try to figure out and punish the person I spoke with. It's obviously not their fault, and I don't want them to get in trouble for being candid. So, there you have it! Good and bad.

We stayed at the property on August 25th, 2023. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Upon entry to our room, it was discovered that the bathroom fan was completely covered in a thick black mould, the ceiling paint was bubbled and the toilet paper holder was not secured to the wall. The bathroom tub was in poor quality as it was quite apparent from the layers of glazing that was missing. The room's carpet was damp as the humidity in the room was excessive. Finally, the price charged for the quality of the room was also excessive. We will not be staying at a Quality Inn in the future

A nice enroute stop. Smart TVs didn’t work due to the hotel being at capacity. We were only thrrr for a few hours so it didn’t matter.

The Quality Inn is connected to an Econo Lodge which appeared to have permanent residents hanging around the lot. The room wasn't cleaned well, had to wipe hair out of the shower before using it. The stairs were in poor condition, very worn. The hall smelled strongly of marijuana and some of the people loitering outside would also loiter in the halls. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was fresh and what you'd expect for a complimentary hotel breakfast.

Well we got there and found out the pool was closed for the season then our room had no Door so the moved us but then our ac didn’t work. The room smelled funny. But the breakfast and the service was awesome. Very run down should problem at the least put in new rugs.
