Athens - Sweetwater Hotels with Indoor Pool

"Breakfast awesome. Pool was closed. Wasn't advised prior. "

"Staff were incredibly inconsiderate. They wouldn’t let us talk to a manager for help. They blew us off repeatedly in the phone. "

"Was double charged for my room. I was told it couldn’t be fixed at the time of check out snd that I would receive an email letting me know it would be fixed before I got home. Still waiting and wondering how to fix the problem. "

"EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave! 😉😁🤗"

"Overall, the Hotel was clean and nice. A few minor issues… Our room did have some kind of a smell. I’m not sure if it was some sort of deodorizer or what, but it was not too pleasant. It wasn’t strong, but could definitely be smelled. The only other thing was the water from the shower didn’t have very much pressure, (we were on the 3rd floor). Also the water was either kinda too hot or too cold. Hard to get a good happy medium. Last thing was the water was not draining well as I was taking a shower. It took quite a while for the water to drain out. Please fix those things and it will be an overall wonderful experience to stay in your Hotel. 😊 God bless "
