"Beautiful hotel, pool and beach. Sails restaurant great for either buffet or ala carte menus options. Staff is attentive to all guest needs at all times. Special shoutout to Lester and Gio. They ensured we got a take away meal for our early whale shark pickup. "

"Bed and sheets are not clean smells bad about food it’s not fresh it’s not tasty. All waiters are the best very good to accommodate to people "

"The staff was professional and invested in pleasing the guest. It would be nice if the owners were invested in the property. I was unable to shower for three days due to brown substance flowing from all facets and shower. Also there were so many small inexpensive repairs needed that would improve the property easily. Great location. "

"This resort is gorgeous with a Spanish flare of decor. We had a premier ocean view room which was huge allowing for our large luggage. We were here during the US/Iran war so it wasn’t busy at all. Brisa restaurant was out favourite with Asian cuisine. Unfortunately the main restaurant was being renovated so dining was in an area of sand. The new restaurant is going to be beautiful as we can see them finishing up. Water was hot in the room and the 2 pools were lovely. Beach was also sandy and swimmable. We rate this resort as the best of the 6 we stayed in throughout our 5 island hopping. "
