"The hotel have issue in their AC for 4 days prior to our arrival, however we didn’t get information about this, and they only have one fan to be provided in one room. Upon checking out we did inform the front desk about our room is terribly warm, and we hope they did inform us about their AC issue, however the front desk mentioned she didn’t know about the AC problem, and made us look like we are making story, as most the staff the help us did told us it’s been 4th day that the AC unit is not...

"We were upgraded to a Seaview. Our room is a neat space, clean but one of our sheets had an old stain, that's why I rate 4 stars, otherwise it would be 5stars. Breakfast buffet was so amazing, loads as in loads of choices! And they're all fresh, cooking them as they're serving them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we'll be staying there again. And definitely recommended."

"This hotel has an on-site clinic and in house nurse. When I was pregnant and suffering from a headache, they immediately came to my room as I did not pack any medication with me. This hotel is excellent!"

"We only stayed here for our overnight layover. It did the job of giving us a place to sleep, and the shuttle service and staff were all very helpful. Our room had a really odd smell to it though and the street noise was very loud. Not a location if you’re looking to stay for long."

"The buffet breakfast is excellent. All my native foods were served. The staff from restaurant were very attentive and helpful. The area wasn’t big but very clean and tidy. While checking out, front desk had to confirm if we ate their snacks and drinks. And I forgot my foods inside the fridge but none of the housekeeping say anything."
