"My wife and I enjoy the occasional weekend getaway down to the Oregon coast. We regularly stay here when we do. We’ve always managed to get a room with a river view. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are always clean, with luxurious bedding and soft, fresh towels. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here!!"

"This motel is on the edge of town as you arrive from the east, so every meal or outing requires a bit of a drive, but nothing is all that far away. The room was very comfortable (the heat works well, but I can't speak to how it would be in the summer) and the bed is too, though maybe a bit too soft. The bedding was fresh and clean, and we were provided with a nice, new extra blanket on request. The view is incomparable, and it was lovely to sit in the lobby (thank you for the 24-hour hot water...

"This hotel had so many nice touches for guests. Real glass coffee cups other than paper ones. Same for the water glasses. A black hand towel for makeup removal. Comfy Terry robes in the bathroom. A variety of coffee for the Keurig in your room. Another nice touch is warm clam chowder available in the afternoon followed by a freshly baked cookie. The staff was wonderful!"
