"Was a good sized room with plenty of facilities. The bathroom was a bit tired and for the price, I felt it could have been a little more modern. There were a lot of spiders in the room which isn’t necessarily the hotels fault, it did make the stay less enjoyable as both my young daughters were a bit scared. The breakfast was decent and substantial, very nice restaurant with a varied evening menu (no burger though which surprised me). The location is good and was very easy to find. I recommend...

"Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. "Absolutely loved the Blue Boar, had a courtyard ground floor room, bar and seating areas are great. Breakfast was first class. Brilliant on site parking. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again 🙂"
