"So glad we got the renovated room with 2 queen beds. Love the fact that the 1st floor unit we got had a back door so I could drive my car right to the door for easy unloading and loading. After they fixed the battery, it can also be opened by room key. Too bad it was fixed the morning we left. "The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals."
