"The location was good and our only option for visiting family nearby. We spent a month. Although it is supposed to be a non-smoking property, the rooms towels and sheets, all smelled of smoke The air conditioning and fan works sporadically, the apartment was dirty, and not maintained It was very convenient having a washing machine, but there was really nowhere to hang wet clothing and only a few hangers in the closet. The drying rack was broken. No hot water in bathroom sink. Shower head...

"The staff are very friendly and willing to help in case of any problems. We had stains on one of the towels that was changed immediately. The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location."

"Dirty, moldy and unsafe. If you value your health you must stay away from this place. Management falsely accused us of breaking a TV. It was so bad I just checked out of the place and found another hotel. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels but I’ve never had such a negative experience. "

"Good choice for the area, but the hotel needs an update As a VIP Expedia guest, I was given a nice upgrade to the 9th floor with a great view. The room was spacious, which I appreciated — but it’s clear that the hotel has seen better days. The interior feels dated and is in need of renovation. You can tell this place used to be top-notch, but it’s aging and could really benefit from a refresh. That said, given the area, I doubt you’ll find anything significantly better nearby. So overall, it’s still a solid choice — just manage your expectations. "
