We needed some direction to southbridge Ma. He explain to us the best way to get there and back to the hotel. Also the other gentleman working along side of him also assisted us as well. Michelle made sure that everything was available for breakfast for me in spite of the pancake maker having a temporary clog. So nice to stay at a place where people will make the extra effort!
