The double glazing is good and really the curtains are thick enough not to let any light . There was a kettle which was very convenient .and the lighting was good ..The staff at the reception and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient.The airport tram is 5mn away and the station7 mn. The location is perfect."

There were no notes on the system. I was given this benefit but only because I was a previous customer who had stayed at Aoex hotels on numerous occasions. "

"Did not have breakfast. Other meals were first class. Our room was clean and well equipped. A nice view and balcony but could not access balcony for safety reasons. All staff were fabulous "

"We arrived late in the evening and the hotel staff was so kind. They quickly checked us in, had a suggested place for dinner and even called to make us a reservation. They brought bags up to our room while I parked the car. This was truly exceptional service!"
