"Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. "The room was so clean, this hotel was super comfortable. The only minor complaint is my room was right near the front desk so the door constantly opening had me on edge because it sounded like someone was coming into my room. Other than that, this aparthotel had absolutely everything I needed to be comfortable. I almost wish I had booked a longer stay to take advantage of everything! Very comfortable. Will stay here again if I'm ever in Edinburgh."

"Die kleine Wohnung liegt inmitten der Altstadt, die Victoriastreet und das Castle sind gleich um die Ecke. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts vom Verkehr auf den Straßen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer mit Pantryküche (plus schönem Duschbad), kommt man gut zurecht. Eine Bushaltestelle der Linienbusse ist direkt vor dem Haus, eine Ghostbustour startet auch dort. "

"Run like a hotel but with the feel of an apartment rental. This was the perfect stay. There was a ton of space, a laundry machine inside the apartment and the location was perfect! "

"Great location. You wouldn't even know it's in the top floor of a mall. Hotel has a private entrance to the street once you check in which was very convenient. Staff was very freindly, rooms were clean, and the place was very quiet. Great walking location for anywhere in Edinburgh. We never even need a car. Coffee and croissants in the lobby were perfect for on the go. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning an extended stiay in Scotland. "
