"The hotel staff are excellent communicators and were very helpful when we had need for medical help. Each and every employee was attentive, cheerful and helpful during the entire time of our 2 night stay. The breakfast is excellent. The accommodations are simple but comfortable. The Bathroom was very small, very clean and hot water works. The neighborhood is very busy and noisy and convenient to the Atocha train station. I would happily stay again. "

"Apartment was amazing. Views in every direction off of a massive deck. Beds bath and kitchen were all well appointed. We had to park a large 10 passenger van and they were able to easily direct us to a garage less than 1 km away that could accommodate a large vehicle. The staff was friendly and excellent. Lastly, you can drop your bags in lockers there and you can unload around the corner just off the Gran Via"

"This is the worst stay of my life. I regret choosing this place. Only did it for location but it was the biggest mistake. The staff is horrible. They came every night nock at my door and force me to stop talking and go to sleep. Literally. The employee overnight in reception is a trans that is a stalker. Is a person that seems to be mad a the world. I even asked why so much anger on his or her approach to guests . It was not Normal nor respectful. He or she was very rude unprofessional and aggressive at times. Do not visit this place. Dirty , noise, horrible staff . No AC, to be able use the fan they will ask for a Deposit for the remote control. The fan doesn’t work without it. So if you don’t have cash you will have to sleep with the heat of the room. If you open window to refresh the noise won’t let you sleep. Terrible terrible experience. I will also write a review on google alerting people Not to Fall in this trap. First time I have such a terrible experience with Expedia. "

"The staff was excellent. I had a roll in shower due to me being in a wheelchair but there was no grab bar . The hotel installed one for me!!! I ate the breakfast and it is well worth the price. The location is great too. Overall I had a great experience "
