"Breakfast was nice- location wasn't the best and there was noisy road construction occurring in the surrounding block and right outside the hotel- there should have been a reduction in the room rate due to this."

"Kimpton Paloma is a great location for attending conference at the Miami Beach! Trader Joe’s and Lincoln Road is 5 mins walk. Reception staff team is helpful and courteous. Mattress is too soft though. It would be nice to have options. I am surprised that there’s no complimentary water bottle in room."

"The front desk attendant told us to park in the valet which was for another hotel. There wasn’t any parking for the actual hotel. The toilet seat in the room was broken. We told the front desk and they moved it around a little then said it was fixed. My husband had to fix it. The only good thing was the distance to the beach."
