"Our room is Spacious and clean, there was a plumbing issues but solved quickly, all the staffs from front desks, tours, housekeeping, restaurants, security, landscaping, and spa SERVED professionally with a SMILE. They generously accommodated us for a quick change of our drop off for the airport departure time with a breakfast meal to go. They exceed my expectations! Spa Experience can be improved. "Both rooms we stayed at were clean, but need updates and maintenance. The a/c in the 1st room (room 15) we stayed was loud and kept me awake all night. The a/c in the 2nd room (room 17) we stayed at was quieter, but there was no towel holder (it was broken and taken out) and the sink was broken and almost falling. Aside from those, the breakfast was good and all staff were excellent. We had different rooms because I had to rebook for additional day."
