Hotel di Pusat Bandar Puerto Princesa

"Was here for a week visiting family. The staff was extremely attentive and was very helpful with the shuttles back and forth from the hospital. You can tell they actually care about their guests. I would recommend to anyone coming to Puerto. While here we had massages which were great to unwind, the women do a great job. We also had room service which was good and the breakfast. Their on site restaurant for lunch and dinner is amazing as well. thank you to the staff."

"Rooms were great, very clean. Breakfast have lots of variety, I loved it."

"Hotel in need of refurb, only 1 of 2 lifts working. Breakfast was a joke, arrived 1 hr before end of service, very little food left, no butter for toast. When asked staff to refill was told all gone. Very aware of noise from adjacent club until at least 2am when I finally managed to sleep, probably went on later. Aircon struggled to cool room and also noisy. I'll be looking for a alternative next time which is a shame with location being convenient."

"The breakfast is excellent comes with our room reservation. Clean and spacious. Highly recommended."

"Good restaurants, good facility, although poorly maintained homes. Staff is late to most requests. Charge for everything."

"Very nice accommodation highly guarantee."

"Good"

"Clean room. Very friendly staff including porter Elmer. Amenities a little lacking and bathroom very dated. On site restaurant was good supper. Breakfast very lacking. Not bad overall."

"The room was an amazing place to stay in, everything was clean and the bathroom was just as depicted thru Expedia. What really blew me away was that I unfortunately had gotten sick the last 2 days of our stay and I had booked a couple tour for the underground river. They weren’t able to refund me the money; understandable. But, they were able to have it used for the massages they offer instead and we were able to pick any of the ones provided. Instead of outright taking the money entirely,...

"Very quiet and peaceful and romantic"

"Wonderful experience! The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the shuttle was prompt and hassle-free. A small tweak to make it perfect: adding a water dispenser and extra power outlets would be a fantastic upgrade for future guests."

"Only stayed 1 night but room was clean. Staff was friendly. Had small restaurant but food was good. Highly recommend and price was good for the room"

"This hotel was excellent. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool water had not been cleaned. Otherwise, everything was great. I will stay here again."

"We loved the jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They booked us a ride going to a restaurant that we wanted to visit and gave us tip to get going. My husband left his phone in the room and they arranged everything just so it can be delivered to us safely before flying back to US. The room was spacious, too. It is worth it."

"Balinese inspired villas. Clean, friendly and accommodating staff."
