Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"

"Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Sie Parkplätze befinden sich direkt hinter dem Haus und sind kostenfrei. Man kann in dem Hotel auch ganz hervorragend essen es gibt eine Auswahl an Burger, Pizza oder anderen Pub Gerichten. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück hat man die Auswahl zwischen verschiedenen Speisen und diese werden am Tisch gereicht."

"I went at the end of season but car park with the hostel was available and easy access. Room was en-suite which I wasn't expecting for a hostel but made the stay so much easier and hospitable. a large group staying there at same time but no noise from them, made an enjoyable stay"
