"Wonderful location with parking available for a fee. Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. The property is air conditioned and has an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom and living area were very spacious. It was a very relaxing stay. Stirling was a lovely city to explore."

"Convenient location. Our room was clean and comfortable and on the ground floor which was appreciated. Parking onsite. The hotel had great food for dinner, we didn’t try the breakfast. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. There was no fridge in the room which would have been nice as we were travelling and had food with us."

"Very large, clean and comfortable room. Staff were outgoing and attentive to any of our needs. I was hoping for a more authentic castle experience, but furnishings were basic and a bit worn out. The restaurant service was slow due to under-staffing, but the staff were all friendly and engaging and the food was good. Overall, a comfortable stay, but don't expect much of an experience."

"The Colessio has great location (Just a short walk up to Stirling Castle), it has great staff, a nice bar and a reasonable breakfast. Like most places in Scotland, the breakfast could benefit from something other than sliced white bread. There are dark breads, full grain breads, full grain crackers (try breakfast in Norway) but they don't seem to come to Scottish hotels.. Nevertheless, in addition to the buffet there were cooked-to-order items such as Eggs Florentine and Eggs Benedict which...

"Friendly, welcoming, spacious twin en-suite room, comfortable beds, well organised & clean kitchen . Will definitely stay again."

"Both the single room and the bathroom were of a good size and clean. The window however was dirty and difficult to open and close. The original mechanism was replaced with a simple hinge and nail. With the window being fairly high up, it was impossible to lift it in and out of the hinge without climbing on a chair. This in itself can be dangerous."

"Nice relaxing stay, if booking through 3rd party be careful of room designation offered we nearly fell foul of that as originally not as shown on booking and upon confirming with hotel found an error as hotel had put us in room 1/2 size at highest point in hotel best to book direct imo. For disabled requirements a bit misleading as there are none. Staff helpful and some EV charging available not shown on website."
