"Second time in this hotel within a few months, hotel location is great, staff is friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast buffet is really good with ample selection of food and a staff cook to cook any style eggs or omelettes. Really enjoy my stay in this hotel will return."

"The hotel is marketed as luxury, but the reality falls far short. The photos are misleading, while they look impressive online, the actual property feels outdated, with old furniture, low-quality windows, and a worn balcony that make the place seem decades behind. Soundproofing is poor, so noise is easily heard throughout the room. The pool is also advertised, yet it’s only open for a few months a year, which makes its promotion misleading for most guests. The gym setup is another issue. The pull-up bar is positioned too close to the ceiling, leaving no proper clearance and making it unusable without risking hitting your head. I had to go to a nearby park just to do a basic workout. For a budget hotel, some of this might be acceptable, but not at the prices this place charges. The overall experience simply doesn’t justify the cost or the expectations they set. Disappointing stay"

"Hotel Liabeny is clearly exceptional as a hotel. Our room was spacious and modern, all at a very reasonable price. The breakfast menu had a very wide selection of food to choose from. The staff were extraordinary in their helpfulness and providing valuable tourist advice."

"Well........this place was just "ok" with us. I don't want to bash them but walking in from the street was a bit underwhelming. The ground floor colors and appointments were kind of dreary. It did not make you feel happpy booking your next several days in Madrid there. Brighten this place up! Breakfast offerings were not so good. I will focus on the fresh fruit that did not look fresh. Not appealing at all. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Hope this info helps you."

"We will remember most the bar and the staff (very, very king and happy). Sorry but hotel was average, to be fair we missed read that it was a hostel, ideal for ‘back packers’, bit focusing in the positive; great walking distance location for many attractions, markets, metro and atocha train station"
