"Booked last minute when we decided to stay the night in Newport. I was pleasantly surprised by the price forbthe accommodations. The place has tons of character, which I love. My husband didn't care for the way the floors sloped a bit. The included breakfast the next morning was served in another building across the parking lot and could be considered gourmet. "Great place to stay! Not far from Thames Street where all the shopping is! Room was absolutely great!"

"Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! "

"The house is beautiful with a lot of history. Our room was upgraded so that was great! The location is good as well....it is a quiet area but within walking distance to food and shopping. The breakfast is AMAZING!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport.
