"Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!"

"This was our first time in Newport and our stay at The Pell was great. The location was easily accessible. The room was very clean, had a spacious bathroom, we loved the orange sandalwood body wash. It felt like a cute updated studio apartment. The staff was very polite and helped us with directions and recommendations. The gym was very nicely kept up, plenty of equipment. Like almost every hotel, the sheets have that crunchy swish sound and being a lite sleeper, anytime anyone moves I am wide...

"Wir waren mit unserer Tochter für 1 Nacht im Inn und fanden es klasse. Es war schön, sauber , wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und der freundliche Empfang hat es für uns besonders gemacht. Auch die Empfehlung für das Abendbrot war klasse und wir haben uns sehr gut unterhalten mit dem netten Herrn an der Rezeption , der uns mehr über Newport erzählen konnte. Es war spannend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"I enjoyed the stay so much. My room was stunning. It was clean,big, and very comfortable. You are given a code to get through the front door and a code to get into your room. It was very easy. Such a beautiful place the best place I've stayed in a very long time."

"My husband and I stayed at the Outlook Inn 1 night we had a wedding in Newport. I loved the Inn, it was quaint, very clean and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was due to no parking, it was difficult to check in, they do have a a driveway for people to temporarily park and check in, but every time we tried to check in, there was a car there so we had to circle around for over 20 minutes and there were not any parking spots on the street due to the Memorial Day weekend. But overall...

"Room was clean and nice enough. However, all of the fitness room equipment was out of order. Cable on TV didn’t work for first two days. Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking. Overall hotel could use some updating like new hallways carpeting or other aesthetics etc."
