"The room’s sheets/bedding was used and unchanged when we checked in. We tried calling for service in the room to change the bedding, but could not get through to a live person. We also requested clean bedding through the text service, and someone arrived pretty quickly to change the bedding. They did extra cleaning we didn’t request also like re mop floors. Very courteous. "Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. Finally spotted some prepackaged cut fruit and a sandwich at the Starbucks counter. These were delicious and averted a crisis for my elderly mother and me. Beautiful...

"The staff were extremely helpful and amazing. The breakfast was 10/10 hands down one of the best out of many hotels I've been to. The golf course is cool as well and the pool is a good size for any family to enjoy. I recommend this hotel for any family to have a blast."

"The facility was very clean from the grounds to the inside. Our room was very clean however we had to get the staff to come reset our TV twice and it needed it again the last day but we just turned it off. The staff was very cordial and helpful. I really wanted to enjoy the hot tub however it never heated above Luke warm our entire stay. The breakfast was very minimal and the coffee was not good at all very very strong tasted like instant."

"Overall it was a nice stay but the walls are quite thin. There was a large group of kids playing baseball when we went and I could hear the ball being tossed on the floor above us for over 45minutes. Its location in my opinion is what the selling point should be, very easy to get to and next to almost everything you’d need (snacks, gas etc). The pool is pretty but quite small so gets crowded quickly, wasn’t able to enjoy it!"
