Appalachian Mountains Hotels with parking

"Such a beautiful hotel! Historic and high quality service."

"The pool was closed (wasn’t stated on website when booking) and they were constantly pressure washing, and doing some maintenance work which blocked off several parking spots directly in front of building. The gym was open even though the pool wasn’t, but we had to walk because the parking in front of the building where the pool/gym is was blocked off. Even half of the parking at the front desk/spa area was blocked as well. We stayed for 4 nights in the penthouse suite and the room was wonderful. It just felt like they didn’t care about anyone staying there during the off season. We stayed the last week of April! And the last day they called us early in the morning to ask us to move our truck so that they could pressure wash that area!! Ridiculous for the amount we were paying to stay there!! "

"We stayed three nights, two different times. Two different nights. Our totally got cloaked up. It had poor drainage when we had arrived. It took a while for them to even come so we had to find other places to use the bathroom. This was very inconvenient, especially for the grandkids. Other than that, this day wasn't too bad"

"It’s an older property but well maintained. I wish it still had the sky bridge connecting to the airport. I would have planned my timing better if I knew I had to wait for a shuttle."

"Clean room, nice pool area and hot tub and the view. The shower was hot with a good pressure. So my husband likes IPA beers. The event we attebded at the hotel did not have any so since we were staying we called to see what time the bar closed. The front desk staff said 1 am. We went down to the bar. He got his believed IPA beers. However, staff kicked guests out at midnight. That was disappointing. Other than that, we have no complaints."
