Because the guest never made it to check in on the first day (due to being in hospital) the second day was cancelled as a 'no show' on the first evening even though it had been paid for in advance and they arrived on the second day after an arduous period in hospital only to be told no room booked.... far from impressed. "

"First time staying here & at a Taj property in general; and was absolutely blown away! Although they were doing construction, it wasn’t even noticed or an interference. Beautiful grounds & amazing service from all staff departments. Would certainly come back!"

"Small and cozy room. Comfortable bed. Liked the control panels on the headboard of the bed. Breakfast was good, although toaster just heated up bread rather than toasting it. Had to run it through twice. Hot food was more lukewarm. Nice variety. Easy access to things. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting taxis and storing our luggage."
