"The experience at SUN 1 Berea for 3 days, was highly uncomfortable, discouraging and shocking. I had booked the three days stay for my brother and his family. The room on the first floor, had no good ventilation as the air conditioner was not functioning, TV remote also had problems and not even a small table fridge was present in the room etc.[ No intercom in the room, so for every problems or complaints, you needed to leave your room and report to the reception to formally lodge such...

"This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night."

"This portion of stay was booked because I needed a 3pm checkout. The host informed me that I needed to reserve another night. I did so however, upon waking to prepare for my trip home we discovered there was no water in the apartment. The host never responded or provided an explanation. I paid for a late check out and could not use the facilities. "

"All hotel staffs are great, only last minutes upon check out, lady came to me and said because we ( 7 people ) check out at 12.00, we can’t have any drinks and dinner anymore at the hotel, it’s strange hotel policy. Be aware if you have late night flight like me, you’ll not able to have dinner here. I’ll not come back here even have beautiful view"
