"The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning. The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. "There's black mold all over the shower wall, in the kitchen above the cupboard as well, and a bit starting to grow on the ceiling above the bed. The lady working there was very friendly though. The place is quite outdated. I didn’t care about much I just wanted to shower and rest after a long flight but due to the black mold all over the bathroom I was too uncomfortable to shower."

"We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!"

"My stay was relocated to Miraton Eastgate Suites. Very nice environment. Eastgate Shopping Mall in walk-distance. What I disliked is a water-problem, and the noise inside the house."
