Upon arrival we were greeted by two sweet pups, Molly and Maggie. This instantly made us feel at home. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our change of plans. Plus, the food was outstanding!

Wonderful stay. Great location, professional staff, amazing breakfast. Rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. The bed is so comfy! WiFi worked perfectly. Always felt safe.

Hidden jewel

This hotel was a hidden jewel, the service, the staff, the food, and room were amazing. They treated us so respectfully and were very kind and playful with my daughter. They food was delicious and great coffee. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

My stay was amazing. Staff is friendly and food is good. The only negative point was that i did not have assiatnce with luggage on check out and after a shopping day they did not have a cart to collect all bags and take to the room. Other than that, my stay was very comfortable and i plan to go back.

My favourite place to stay!

I always have the most comfortable stay. The rooms have ample space, they are always spotless, the windows are sound-proofed which is important to me as a light sleeper. The bed is not too hard and not too soft and I'd love to know where they buy their pillows because I'd like to buy some for my home. It is such a pleasure to stay there. Thank you.

Nice hotel but too noisy to relax

The hotel itself is well-designed and comfortable, but the noise levels were a major issue for me. Sound from the rooftop bar, corridors, and street-facing rooms made it difficult to relax. I chose this hotel for a peaceful stay and some alone time but the lack of soundproofing unfortunately defeated that purpose.

The hotel abd its staff were remarkable. They were extremely helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was fantastic! We want to personally thak the restaurant staff. Each morning they went out of their way to assure we had exactly what we wanted. Finally, we are going to miss our coffee baritsta. His coffe art was mind blowing.
