"Property was well kept Room was good but the people that clean the room was a issue like fogetting cups and coffee and clean towels room service the food was always cold Resteraunts were fair except for the sports bar which should be shut down most people were nice and some avt like they are doing you a favor even after you tip them "

The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. "This hotel was amazing. Nestled on a hill between two beaches, the setting and views are stunning. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Ellen Bay Inn. The staff were great and very accommodating. Feels like a family atmosphere. I think the only disadvantage (or could be an advantage in some cases) is it feels a bit “of the beaten path.” It would be challenging to get around with wheels but the staff offered me fairly priced transportation when I didn’t have a rental. Stingray city is within walking distance so that’s an option too. "
