It appears that this resort rations off food liquor and supplies based on the season and/or time of day(if they are about to close). This is not the staffs fault but they have to take the backlash from the guest. Our rooms were not cleaned everyday and not restocked appropriately. "It does what it’s supposed to do, but it he ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. There is no screen on the sliding door, so it’s either open or closed. It’s clean enough with virtually no amenities, but it’s in the heart of it all."

"Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was included in my booking and was plenty sufficient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and my disabled guest was accommodated well. The venue has live entertainment on Thursdays which was well attended. It would have been perfect if there was a pool. Towels could have been cleaner as they had stains on them and looked yellowed."

"Lord Nelson Hotel & Residences is an excellent place for a large group! My staff, family, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, and having a fully equipped kitchen was extremely convenient, especially for a group our size, as we were able to prepare and enjoy our own meals together.
