"The clean room, staff and beach view were amazing. The little let down was the minibar in the room was not replace daily, and there was no snacks available if your purchase the luxury pool view room. Also, be mindful in the night, the alarm flashs continuously through the night. Overall, I would come back again."

"We stayed in deluxe plung pool cottage. Very clean rooms. Property is well manicured and absolutely gorgeous with all types of tropical flowers in bloom. Variety of foods on menu and food was good. View from anywhere on property is breathtaking. Beaches are beautiful. Staff members go above and beyond anywhere I've ever stayed. They're amazing. Just go....you won't be disappointed"

"We stayed there 10 days apart, during which they changed companies. The new company makes you wear a wristband for the WHOLE stay— charging you if you take it off! There were bullet holes in the ceiling above the bed, and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom had mold. The surfaces you touch were clean and the bed was comfortable enough (not great). "Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was included in my booking and was plenty sufficient. There was plenty of parking at the hotel and my disabled guest was accommodated well. The venue has live entertainment on Thursdays which was well attended. It would have been perfect if there was a pool. Towels could have been cleaner as they had stains on them and looked yellowed."

"There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties. "Need to do better with mosquito issues in the room we happened to stay out. I had to spray mosquito and bug repellent. This is something the staff in my opinion should be doing. Location and beach access is great. No atm machine nearby or on the resort which is odd. You’d think it be a win win for boh guests and property managers to have an ATM on site. Lovely stay all in all with some improvements needed."
