"The Hotel and room was was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic but the mattress was terrible, I usually have a hard mattress but it was like sleeping on the floor, I lost over 3hrs sleep through not being able to get comfy."

"We arrived early and staff went above and beyond to help us, allowing us to check-in early which was much appreciated. They’d even left a card and complimentary gift drink voucher in the room as they knew we were celebrating a birthday. Thankyou!"

"Parking was easy and plenty off room , we also got in our room early which was a bonus as we were at a wedding there . Had a lovely wedding but only down side very limited hot drinks in the room and a biscuit would have been a nice touch. Also the bar was very expensive for alcohol drinks and some people with us who were driving got charged £12 for two large cokes . "

"It was an excellent stay. Gemma at the front desk was so bubbly and sweet. Very friendly and got our trip off to a great start. Room was spacious and clean, Food at the restaurant was great. Time between starter, main, pudding was perfect. Quality of food was great. Drinks were also great. I forget the name of the gentleman who was our server but he was delightful. Making lighthearted jokes and just being very helpful. We had a great stay"

"Dog welcome pack provided when travelling with a dog. Large grassy area to the rear perfect for before -bed dog walk, and placed in a room with easy access to the outside."
