"Clean room. Great location"

"Don't mean to complain, but for a $500 a night room, I expected superior amenities. The room was nice and clean, but the shower water pressure was not very good, and there was no hot water at 5:00 when I checked in, or 8:30 the next morning. Also, it wasn't the designation on Gulf Drive, it was a block behind away from the water."

"Great room with a giant TV screen. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was pretty comfortable. Biggest drawback for this particular room is that the lights outside the room keep the room lit up like daytime even in the dead of night. There are no blockout shades. That would be a solid addition for this room. I love the pool facilities but this property desperately needs a dedicated ice machine. "The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot."

"This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator.
