"Proximity to the beach was excellent- right across the street. The hotel room was clean and fresh feeling. Check in was a little confusing as it’s not on the property and obscurely located but I was able to speak to someone on the phone who walked me through it. It is also close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Overall great location, stay and definitely coming back."

"The location is wonderful! We had a gulf-front unit, and they all have a perfect view of the Gulf... we watched the sunset each night from our balcony. You are 10 feet from the sand, and 75 feet from the pool... so convenient! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lounge is super convenient as well for snacks / drinks while sitting by the pool, or to just enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere."

"The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool."

Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."
