"We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. "This property is conveniently located just outside the old city area with a city bus stop right outside the hotel and the tram a short walk. Big shout out to the front desk for getting us into our room early was we arrived from an early morning flight at 11am!! The breakfast buffet was fantastic- I highly recommended it! The staff stored our luggage at the end of our stay and was very helpful with recommendations ! "

"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"Absolutely fabulous location. Couple of minutes walk to the piazza. The underground is less than a minute walk. Lots of bars and food places. The hotel is spotless. Staff are lovely. And that bed. Oh my word, I wanted to take it with me to the next hotel! Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stairs are not for the faint hearted though! "
