Very nice & quiet area with a metro station only a short 5 minute walk which gets you to the centre within 20 minutes. Very easy to check in and check out without hassle and the room was very spacious and clean. Have zero complaints.

check-in was fast, room was clean, bright and spacious, lots of windows, nice layout (for 4 ppl), lamp on each night tables (4), lots of desk space, coffee maker and bar fridge. the only thing missing is a microwave oven. 2 minute walk to metro, IKEA, and a family restauant. 20 minute metro/train ride to Centraal Station or Schipol airport.

Online room review shows warmers at floor level but there were none in our room. When you come into your room from outside, in Winter, you need warmth.

Great value, great location
Excellent place to stay to explore Amsterdam. Clean and modern. Lovely breakfast. 5 minute walk to the Metro, which is maybe 20 minutes from the City Centre Easy to drive to and park Excellent value for money

Everything was good apart from breakfast . Breakfast is not worth the money we are family for four and kids don’t get free it’s expensive limited option and hot breakfast was cold. We even complain but looks like manager was not very impressed he said we are the first one to complain . We have been to many hotels and had breakfast as well so far this was the worst experience. Next day we decided to have breakfast in city centre and it was good decision. For room cleaning you have to constantly remind them and for extra coffee they only give very limited sachet . And when they clean room they don’t refill coffee. So far good and bad both .

Hotel room was okay… carpet was a bit wet on first arrival and when i was tidying my stiff to check out i found another person’s underwear at the back of the closet… also not much service we just checked in using the kiosks and we were never welcomed or informed that out rooms were in the second block of room so we were running around a bit lost.

Great stay just outside of Amsterdam. The staff let us use store our luggage in a luggage room before check-in so that we could explore Amsterdam without worry before checking in. The room was spacious, and clean, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Would recommend staying for your trip to Amsterdam

Nothing special about this propery, it's budget accommodation but it's pretty good value for money. The staff, when available, were helpful. Not much of a reception. Not much going on in the surrounding area unless if you walk down to the exhibition center. The room itself was large, was designated non-smoking but had a very heavy smell of smoking in the rooms. The internet connectivity on the 6th floor, was very poor. The room wasn't as clean as it appeared to be.

I loved every things in this hotel when you arrive the hotel no need to wait or speak to the receptionist because there are a chick in self service, cleanliness, beautiful decor, beatiful Curtains, toilets, and the corridors.

Good location, in a quiet area, 15 mins metro ride from the central station, close enough to everything I wanted to do. Wifi was slow and often unable to connect. Need more detail in housekeeping (cleaning, restocking toiletries etc). Self check-in/check-out was very easy and convenient. Overall satisfactory stay.

OK Hotel
Nice Hotel but staff weren't the friendliest, no early check in but they had a storeroom we could lock our bags in till 3 o clock. Good location for the Arena but bit of a walk for any facilities. No bars or restaurants near the Hotel location. Very handy for Metro Station though, which went to Dam Square/City Centre. Not sure if this is an "Access" Hotel but Receptionist had never heard of the Hotels.com early check in/late check out for Hotels.com Gold members.
