"Overall good experience. Check in and check out was a little slow. Staff for the valet and helping with bags were polite and professional. Overall clean and good location. Free ice cream was a nice touch"

"This property is awful. Feels more like a condemned mental hospital or a prison. Rooms are filthy, AC does not work, place has an awful smell. We only stayed there to be close to the airport for an early flight, if i had to do it again i would have just had my family sleep in the car."

"Through Expedia booking, the indication was the 17th floor restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It apparently is not available for lunch. One morning (12:30 am) we put out the breakfast in room order card. It was not picked up, so no breakfast delivery. The staff was apologetic for both issues."
