Convenient and bed was comfy. Free shuttle bus was not working and many travelers stranded at airport for over an hour. Beware shower floor dangerously slippery. Worked fine for us between flights but the hotel was disappointing.

I have mobility issues and use a wheels walker and cane Problems with room and bathroom Hard floors can be slippery with bare and stocking feet Low toilets Towels on rack 8 feet above toilet Hard slippery floor in dark shower area No anti slip mat and grab bar(s) in shower area Very low and spongy bed. Very hard for me to stand up when getting up

Great place to stay when waiting for a flight out of Schiphol airport. Comfy beds. Great restaurant, the buffet breakfast was amazing! We arrived at 10:30 am and we were allowed in our room already!! Free shuttle to and from the airport. Would definitely stay there again!

perfectly adequate for an early flight out of Schiphol, shuttle runs from 6A on so your covered though we hit a mid day spot when a small van was running and couldn’t accommodate our party.

Check-in was smooth, the room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located at the end of the Schiphol runway, but we didn’t hear much noise.

They had no provisions for storing luggage. Yet, people come from the airport and need this service. That was super inconvenient. The room was pretty basic, my particular problem was it was too dark to read. Not enough lighting there. They did have the free shuttle as advrtised.

The hotel looks old. Needs refurbishing. Dark hallways. Bathroom had no face cloths. Transportation driver was not helpful at all from airport or after arriving at hotel. Convenience to airport was a plus. Some hotel staff were not very accommodating. It depended on shift.

Extremely worn out property. It needs a reno. The pillows are high and uncomfortable. (i had to use towels as pillows). The shower drain was clogged and you will end up with standing water at your feet. If you take a longer shower the water overflows to the rest of the bathroom.

We arrived at 10pm on April 15th to check in. The staff gave us a key to our room. The room was still completely dirty from the previous guests. We came back down and waited another hour while they had to get staff in to clean our room. After the room was “cleaned” the coffee cups were still found to be dirty. We discussed our stay with the front desk staff the next morning and he said he was emailing the manager and they would arrange for reimbursement . We also followed up ourselves with an email to the manager. It is now a week later and we haven’t heard anything back. Throughly disappointed. Last thing you want after a big day of travel and arriving late.

There was a false fire alarm at 2:30am and it lasted for 30min but none of the staff explained and apologized about it. Also, we experienced no electricity for 5min in a sudden because of the short circuit from the restaurant kitchen. No apologies for it either.

Convenient for those trying to get a free shuttle ride to the airport and want a more spacious inexpensive room than what you can find in Amsterdam. However the hotel signage was poor and several taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel. Also no free bottled water or place to refill bottles and rooms were poorly lit.

It's nice that they have a free shuttle to and from the Schiphol airport. The room was okayish but dusty. It was a quiet area however, fire alarm went off for more than half an hour, in the middle of the night, people where all in the front lobby waiting what on to do the staff did not even reassured the people, it turned out it was a false alarm!

They scammed me. We had a reservation and when we arrived at the property, the staff asked us to book another room as we had a child traveling with us. Splitting into two rooms was not just inconvenient but very expensive. Stay away from this property. They came up with an absurd rule to make money from us.
