"As always, the attention from all the staff is fantastic. They are all great. The rooms are comfy and have AC and ceiling fans. The food is good, but a bit expensive. The Sunday brunch is delicious. One of the pools is warm, very good for kids. It is my favorite property in Cuernavaca."

"In theory there is a reception in the hotel that works when ever they want. You can die ringing the bell they have and no one will appear. We received the the TV and the AC control. TV worked fine but the AC didn’t. Our room was located close ti the pool. They started playing music at Lou volume at 8:30 AM. Why? Good question… avoid the bad experience. Never stay in this hotel. "

"The staff is very nice. Hotel is very clean, room was clean as well. Very close to everything. Family friendly 100%. My kids loved them, we will definitely come back. The pool is great! I recommend it. I would add brighter lights to the room and bathroom."

"Where do I start! The entire property is clean and we'll landscaped, beautiful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, Air conditioner works very well. The staff and the Owners are wonderful friendly people who made sure we were well taken care of. The pool area is wonderful.
