"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. "Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. "Unable to assess any criteria to review but my overall review is to AVOID this property like a plague. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...

"A little confusion checking in, as the front desk didn’t seem to know which unit we were supposed to be in... but confusion cleared up rather quickly. Front desk also did not have a password for the WiFi, but was able to get it after a short wait ( had to call a unit contact to get it). Fairly convenient to get to airport (which was reason for choosing this location) and the price was very reasonable."
