"Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. "Wonderful hotel full of charm and character, rooms were very nice and well equipped. Motorcycle parking was very good and a safe location. Restaurant very popular locally and a good menu. Stayed two nights and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodate any needs. Good breakfast and excellent location. Out door thermal spa 5mins walk as was the cable car station. Highly recommended this hotel."
