First off, the location is PERFECT, not even a 3 minute walk from the main station in Bulle. Staff was AMAZING, breakfast was fantastic and so worth it (considering how expensive food is in Switzerland), and the evening tea was so relaxing. We had a lovely experience ❤️

Great hotel for exploring Gruyeres area

Really nice hotel, very conveniently located with many food options around, parking is just under the hotel, family room was really spacious and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet given it's above the station and it's pet-friendly, which is nice if you're bringing your furry friend along.

This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality.

Great place to stay and explore the area. Located right next to the train station allowed us to use public transport to get around. We explored the lake by hiking, chocolate factory and the Gruyère castle. We even took the panoramic bus ride from St Denis down to lake Geneva.

This is a beautiful facility. Very high tech. Very friendly staff. Walkable to everything essential. My husband and I love that everything is conveniently located. We loved our stay at Hotel D Bulle. Great staff, good breakfast, warm rooms unable to adjust temp, so you have to open the window. It is on the train station so people are loud and noisy especially at night. Immigrants hanging out smoking, drinking and getting high talking bad about the Swiss. Very clean hotel and nice rooms.

Great hotel next to the Bulle Station

This was one of our best experiencies staying in a Hotel. First, the location, next to the Train Station is perfect. Then, the hotel is new, in very good shape. But overall, we were very pleased by the attention of the people at the front desk, especially this young guy, Marc, who is extremely friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location. Nice new hotel, and while it is at train station, it was shockingly quiet at night (even on weekend). They have 2 espresso pods in room, but no creamer, and you are out of luck if you are a tea drinker (you have to buy one downstairs) so bring your own. Beds are neutral (if you need soft beds, this isn’t for you). Overall nice place and I would still recommend.

The perfect getaway!!

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel D. Bulle — the hotel itself was very centrally located in a commercial center attached to the train station (with a number of specialty/artisanal shops and a Migros open 7/7). The staff were very accommodating and left a little bag of treats for our dog! The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, with windows that opened up to a central courtyard space. Such a great little getaway - we can’t wait to come back this summer!!

Great place, great location

The motel is virtually connected to the train station making it very convenient. All facilities are modern, in good condition, and very clean. There are quite a few restaurants and other services within easy walking distance. We are thinking of extending our stay for two more nights because of the central location in western Switzerland. If you are not familiar with the Swiss transit system of trains, boats and busses, it is amazingly easy to navigate— and this hotel is less expensive than others in the more iconic visitor destinations.

We were a family 4 (2 adults 2 kids) travelling through Switzerland by train. Our stop in Bulle went well. Hotel is conveniently located right by the train station and a “centre commercial” (mall). We were not at all disturbed by the train station as we did not hear anything from our room with a view on the station. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Overall good stay.
