"Nice hotel in the Wirral. Nice facilities such as Bar, restaurant, gym pool etc however gym and pool isn’t included in the stay, you have to pay extra and also parking you have to pay extra.
Staff weren’t particularly helpful, I had to ask about the pool and had to ask about breakfast times, they didn’t tell us anything until I asked.
Room was spacious but too hot and no air con.
Bath needed a rinse before I could use it"

"1st night was terrible but when approached the staff where excellent and throughout the stay extended by 2 nights to 6 in all could not have done more.

"Really good spot to stay in the city. Close to the centre and all its amenities, all within easy walking distance. James Street station is nearby if you want to travel beyond up the coast to Formby, Southport etc and its beaches. Hotel also provides discount for parking in the nearby NCP car park.
