"We found our accommodations to be good. It was only 11 minutes from the venue where my grandson was participating in a basketball tournament. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was just average. We would definitely stay here again."

"There are great amenities upon request, as well as a good selection at the complementary breakfast buffet. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and quiet. Also, the staff are amazing. "

"Stayed here on a Saturday night with my family and there seemed to be a party at night. Multiple people coming in and out and loud music playing. Felt unsafe and rooms were a little dingy. The following morning when we walked to the front desk to check out, a group of young adults were fighting in front of the hotel and claiming they will stab each other. Will not stay here again. "

"From breakfast to the bar to the pool, everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were amazing so respectful, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. My kids got to make s’mores in the back and we even had a small BBQ, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was one girl bartender and two front desk guys who came off a bit rude maybe they were having a rough week but aside from that, everything else was wonderful."

"The casino was lively in the early evening and into the early morning hours. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff was courteous."

"The hotel room had bedbugs. My son got 4 bites in a line. The room was so cold, there was no heat. No blankets, only sheets. The lights stopped working and some of the outlets stopped working too. The fast food places are also horrible and so is the parking. The only nice thing about it was the water park, but I would never stay there again!"
