"Can’t believe The Five Arrows is being listed under Expedia as a hotel. This hotel is absolutely rubbish. No restaurant, no checking in staff after 4:00PM. Really?"

"I stayed for one night. The clean was poor specially the sink. No shower gel was provided, so it was good that I brought mine. The room was for 2 adults and one child, and I only had 2 towels. The worst part of all was the smelly of smoke and weed. It was so strong that it was like someone had smoked in the room. I had to open the window to be able to sleep."

"The hotel is conveniently placed for the Railway Station . The room was clean and had everything I required , There is a cosy bar as you enter the hotel , drinks reasonably priced . The member of staff I met was very friendly . I will return , overall a very nice stay"

"The staff were very welcoming and polite. There is ample parking. We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and had good amenities. There is a good sized swimming pool which has allocated children hours. There was a good selection at breakfast and you can also order off a menu too. The restaurant also provided a good selection for dinner. The hotel is in a good location and a short uber ride from Oxford city centre. "

"Nice hotel but felt completely ripped off having to pay £7 for parking, especially when the hotel is no where near anything. They tell you it’s £14 and you get 50% off by staying at the hotel but it’s just part of the scam."
