"The hotel is clean and well maintained and the breakfast was standard but pretty good. When I checked in I noticed the room was not what I reserved. The person at the desk refused to help. You have about a three minute walk to get to front desk from elevator. "

"The place was iry! I really didn't know how to cancel the room. When we got there, the bottom half of motel the windows were covered with paper, half of it falling off. When I went inside, I noticed the restaurant was closed and the clerk said it was no longer operating. I asked where the Longhorn Restaurant was and she didn't know that either. It was at the bottom of the hill, about 1/4 mile away, if that. One of the side doors had been held open with a trash can. I would think that would allow anyone to come in without checking in first. But I think there was only one other room rented in the whole place. There was only one other car at 5 am in the morning. The halls were freezing.
