"Property is excellent and staff very courteous. Only drawback was that the hotel restaurant and room service was unavailable for dinner the evening of our stay. Was not made known to us until after check in and in our room. "

"The hotel is very old but quite beautiful. The lobby area smells amazing. The rooms are old but clean. I really enjoyed my stay as it was within walking distance to downtown and the river walk. Definitely would recommend it "

"Clean and nice hotel. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is I was charged for the stay twice, once when I booked on here and then again when I checked in but management took care of it right away."
