"Loved it, clean nice just a walk away to riverwalk"

"We stayed at The Menger Hotel Excellent location, beautiful hotel, nice rooms. The hotel has a beautiful bar, restaurants, very helpful, kind staff. River Center Mall is steps away with a starbucks if you’re looking for a coffee or tea. There are a lot of stores and Several dining places. Then the Riverwalk is a staircase away! If you prefer, you can go out of the Lobby doors to the Alamo Plaza! The Alamo is to your right, and if you go to your left to the street, then right, past the McDonalds, go down the stairs- you’ll be at the Riverwalk! "

"Great location - will definitely use again. I liked that it was very close to everything (one block from Riverwalk) but in a quieter, less busy area. Lots of good food nearby. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice size. Very comfortable stay."
